A one‑off Disney‑styled Formula 1 helmet, created for the British Grand Prix weekend at Silverstone, will be put up for auction with proceeds earmarked for Make‑A‑Wish. The helmet, featuring Mickey Mouse artwork on a matte black base with red and yellow accents, was designed by Disney voice talent Bret Iwan and creative director Bobby Kim, and produced with Bell Racing.
All current F1 drivers except Lewis Hamilton and Sergio Pérez added their signatures during the Silverstone event. The sale will be managed by F1 Authentics, opening registration on July 7, 2026, with bidding running from July 11‑18. Net proceeds will support Make‑A‑Wish International, which grants wishes to children with critical illnesses outside the United States.

During the race weekend, several Make‑A‑Wish families toured the paddock, met French ambassador Pierre Gasly, and examined the helmet up close. A second copy will be displayed publicly at Disney’s D23 fan event in Anaheim from August 14‑16, continuing a partnership that has helped fulfill more than 175,000 wishes worldwide over the past four decades.
