Lando Norris, the reigning Formula 1 World Champion, has co-founded LN4 Fusion, a new junior single-seater team set to compete in the Italian F4 Championship, FRECA, and Formula 3. The team will also operate a British Formula 4 testing programme and has applied for a future Formula 2 entry, leveraging assets from AIX Racing.
Norris is personally funding the LN4 Legacy Programme, an independent driver development initiative designed to provide young drivers with coaching, mentoring, and career support. The programme aims to replicate the infrastructure that helped Norris reach F1, offering opportunities that might otherwise be out of reach.
The team’s leadership includes motorsport veterans Rene Rosin as Team Principal and Dan Hazlewood overseeing UK operations, while Julian Rouse will lead the Legacy Programme. An investment group led by Dan Richards will handle corporate strategy and commercial growth, with the team’s signature fluorescent yellow livery reflecting Norris’ brand identity.
