Modern browsers have a feature that lets you share a link to a particular phrase or sentence. This feature, called Copy Link to Highlight, allows you to highlight text, right-click it, and copy a link that jumps straight to the highlighted text.
The feature works by creating a URL that includes information about the highlighted text, using a web standard called Text fragments. This URL tells the browser which page to load and what part of the text to highlight.

The feature is available in Chrome, Safari, and Firefox, and works similarly across all three browsers. However, it may not work in all contexts, such as behind paywalls or in PDF files.
