Conno Christou, a 35-year-old founder, was diagnosed with an aggressive form of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Despite his extensive health tracking, the cancer was only discovered after he visited a doctor for a separate issue. Christou sought multiple opinions and used AI to inform his treatment decisions, ultimately choosing a more aggressive chemotherapy regimen.
He tracked his treatment progress using wearables and a symptom journal, feeding the data into an AI model called Claude. The model helped him identify potential issues and ask informed questions to his doctors.
Christou's experience has given him a new perspective on the healthcare system and the potential of AI to improve patient outcomes. He believes that AI can help patients take a more active role in their care and make more informed decisions.
