Lochie Hughes secured his first win of the season in the Indy NXT opening race at Road America.
The Australian made a crucial outside pass on pole-sitter Alessandro de Tullio into Turn 1 during a restart with 12 laps to go.
Hughes then maintained his lead, ultimately winning by 0.778s at the 4.014-mile track.
