IMSA and the SRO Motorsports Group have confirmed a joint GT3 Balance of Performance (BoP) testing session at Daytona International Speedway this December. The effort is aimed at establishing fair competition for the upcoming Rolex 24 endurance race.
All GT3 manufacturers are required to field a vehicle for the dedicated testing days. Data gathered will be used to calibrate the BoP package, ensuring a level playing field when the 24‑hour event kicks off later in the year.
