Red Bull will debut a comprehensive upgrade package on the RB22 for its home Grand Prix at the Red Bull Ring. The work includes a reprofiled side‑pod inlet, a revised engine cover for reliability, and a suite of aerodynamic tweaks – new floor sections, rear‑suspension geometry, rear‑corner elements, rear wing and exhaust modifications, plus a floor‑board profile aimed at improving flow conditioning.
Mercedes will trial an updated front suspension and a revised coke/engine‑cover to broaden cooling range. Ferrari’s SF‑26 receives a new front‑wing endplate, removal of the RV Tail element, and floor‑board and mirror‑stay changes. McLaren plans an experimental rear wing on Norris’s car and a revised rear brake‑duct inlet. Alpine introduces a fresh front‑wing endplate, nose redesign, altered front‑corner geometry and a diffuser winglet. Racing Bulls lower the exhaust tailpipe and adjust diffuser trailing‑edge devices, while Haas adds extra cooling apertures and a new front brake‑duct design. Audi and Cadillac also roll out multiple aerodynamic and cooling upgrades, whereas Williams and Aston Martin run no changes.

With Red Bull’s extensive package setting the tone, the Austrian weekend promises a strong focus on aerodynamic efficiency and cooling performance. Teams will use the practice sessions to gauge the impact of their updates, and the race could reveal which developments translate into real‑time pace gains.
