Ferrari drivers Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton finished second and third in the Austrian GP qualifying. They were beaten by George Russell, who set the fastest lap despite passing through a yellow flag zone after Max Verstappen's crash.
Leclerc and Hamilton completed their laps just before Verstappen lost control of his Red Bull.
Ferrari's team principal, Fred Vasseur, criticized the decision to let Russell's lap stand, saying it sends the wrong message and will encourage drivers to push limits in similar situations.
