The FIM Appeal Stewards have rejected an appeal from Aprilia regarding Marco Bezzecchi's suspension from the Brno MotoGP.
The suspension was announced after Bezzecchi pushed and struck a marshal who was trying to recover his bike following a crash in the Sprint at Brno.
The FIM MotoGP Stewards panel stated that physical aggression towards marshals is unacceptable and that the sanction imposed is proportionate to the seriousness of the infringement.
