Ukraine has received a unique donation of military hardware from a Danish museum. The Panzermuseum East has transferred a BMP-1 infantry fighting vehicle and an MT-LB SNAR-10 to Ukraine.
The BMP-1 is an iconic Soviet armored fighting vehicle, while the MT-LB SNAR-10 is a rare artillery reconnaissance variant. The museum's donation reflects the varied mix of equipment being used by Ukraine in its war against Russia.

The transfer of these vehicles from a museum to the front lines underscores the creative ways Ukraine is sourcing equipment. With traditional Cold War reserves shrinking, private collections and museums have become valuable sources of compatible Soviet-designed hardware.
