President Donald Trump has unveiled a new Air Force One plane at Joint Base Andrews. The luxury jet, donated by the government of Qatar, has been painted in red, white, and blue and features the words 'United States of America'.
The new plane is intended to bridge the gap between the aging Boeing 747-200s and two new planes currently being modified by Boeing. The Air Force says the jet will be ready for use this summer.

The introduction of the new plane comes after Trump expressed frustration at delays in producing the new Air Force One planes, which are not expected to be completed by the time his term ends in 2029. The Pentagon accepted the Qatari jet last year and has been preparing it for service over the last several months.
