Jack Schwartz started throwing parties at 14, turning high school ragers into a Los Angeles after-prom empire. His app, MyPlots, launched in January 2025 and now boasts over 1 million users, becoming the go-to ticketing platform for under-21 crowds in LA.
The app takes a 20% cut on ticket sales and allows promoters to target past attendees via text updates without sharing phone numbers. While competitors like Partiful added ticketing in June, MyPlots differentiates itself with a luxury-focused, Gen Z audience and aggressive social marketing. Events range from all-ages rap shows to 18-plus festivals with VIP cabanas, often priced by tier or gender.

Schwartz’s rise mirrors the broader shift where teen parties have become moneymaking ventures. He began with streetwear brand Loonar Clothing, then pivoted to event promotion after early parties drew hundreds. Despite past controversies—including a 2022 party depicted in an FX documentary—he now emphasizes safety and insurance for his events.

With a 1.6 million TikTok following and Snap monetization deals, MyPlots is expanding beyond its original teen base to attract older attendees.
