Yamaha has confirmed its riders for the upcoming 850cc Pirelli MotoGP test at Brno. Toprak Razgatlioglu and Augusto Fernandez will represent the team, with Razgatlioglu being the only current Yamaha race rider already contracted for 2027.
The test will feature a limited number of 850cc bikes and tyres, with only two riders per manufacturer participating. Notably, Fabio Quartararo will not be taking part in the test.
The Brno test will be held in private, with no media allowed and no official timing. The next 850cc/Pirelli test will be held at the Red Bull Ring in September, with riders not chosen for the in-season tests having to wait until the Valencia post-race test for their first taste of the 2027 machines.
