Kush Maini secured a dominant victory in the F2 Sprint Race at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. He launched off the front row to pass polesitter Noel Leon and led every lap, winning by a seven-second margin.
Championship leader Gabriele Minì finished second, making great progress through the pack from seventh on the grid. He overtook Nikola Tsolov in the closing stages to secure P2.
Tsolov finished third, having made a daring pass into Turn 1, while Colton Herta's charge was undone by a lock-up into Turn 5 on the final lap, costing him a maiden F2 podium.
