Joe Gibbs Racing has refiled its lawsuit against Chris Gabehart and Spire Motorsports.
The lawsuit's core allegations remain unchanged, with Joe Gibbs Racing claiming that Gabehart, a former engineer and crew chief, breached his contract.
The judge approved the motion to refile the lawsuit last week, and the process was completed on Monday afternoon. The case will continue with the updated complaints.
