Chip Ganassi Racing and DHL will revive the team’s legendary lightning bolt livery for the 2026 IndyCar season finale at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca. The #10 Honda, piloted by four-time IndyCar champion Alex Palou, will carry the iconic paint scheme during the September 4–6 race weekend, paying tribute to the late motorsports legend Alex Zanardi.
The partnership marks the first time the lightning bolt design has returned to CGR’s open-wheel program since Zanardi’s career-defining era. The livery, synonymous with Zanardi’s time with the team, will serve as a visual homage during the season’s climactic event.
The tribute aligns with Laguna Seca’s reputation as a premier IndyCar venue, adding historical weight to the finale.
