Oliver Bearman experienced the strangest crash of his Formula 1 career during Free Practice 3 at the Monaco Grand Prix.
The incident occurred when Bearman lost control on a dusty part of the track, specifically coming into Massenet corner, and collided with the guardrail, damaging the right-hand side of his VF-26.
Bearman attributed the crash to picking up dust and losing control, resulting in his elimination in Q1, his worst qualifying result in F1 2026.
