Aprilia's motorsport boss Massimo Rivola admitted the team was made to look foolish after three of its riders collided on the opening lap of the Hungarian Grand Prix.
The incident involved championship leader Marco Bezzecchi, team-mate Jorge Martin, and Trackhouse’s Raul Fernandez, all of whom retired from the race.
The collision left Aprilia with just one contender, a disappointing outcome for the team at the Balaton Park Circuit.
